Availability
Photography sessions are available by enquiry only.
As Hazelwood Grove is primarily a wedding and events venue, session times are scheduled around weddings, private functions and our seasonal garden opening days.
We generally offer the greatest availability during weekdays, with limited weekend opportunities throughout the year.
We'll always do our best to find a time that works for you.
Before You Visit
To help keep Hazelwood beautiful for everyone, we ask that all visitors:
Respect the gardens and planted areas.
Stay on designated paths where practical.
Leave flowers and plants for everyone to enjoy.
Remove everything you bring with you.
Supervise children at all times.
Respect other guests and private events.
We reserve the right to decline bookings that don't align with the peaceful nature of Hazelwood Grove.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I book for mini sessions?
Absolutely. Photographers are welcome to host mini-session days by prior arrangement.
Can I bring props?
Yes. Small props are welcome, provided they don't damage the gardens or require installation.
What happens if there's a wedding?
Wedding bookings always take priority. If an event is scheduled that affects your booking, we'll work with you to reschedule.
What if it rains?
We'll happily help you move your booking to another available date or take it inside once our orangery is built.
Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved dogs may be permitted for selected sessions by prior approval. Please enquire when booking.
